DIY Kate Spade Inspired Glitter Studs

I was strolling through the mall doing what I do best when I spotted the most fabulous Kate Spade glitter stud earrings. At only $38, the price doesn’t seem too bad but then the gears started turning… Since my gold bowl fail, I’m trying to turn over a new DIY leaf. This one seemed like a no brainer. If you’re like me, you have million pairs of stud earrings you just HAD to have when you spotted them on a Target run. Within 6 months they enter the earring graveyard, never to be heard from again. Fish out a couple of pairs because boy do I ever have an easy DIY for y’all today!

[ WHAT YOU’LL NEED ]

:: stud earrings
:: Mod Podge
:: small paint brush
:: glitter

Start with a pair of stud earrings who are in desperate need of a makeover. Cover the surface with Mod Podge. Dip your earrings in glitter.

Feel free to mix and match different glitter colors! I made 2 different batches – one with gold and silver, the other with gold, silver, teal, pink, and orange.

Are these not the cutest?! I already owned all the supplies so this was a total win! Honestly, is there anything you can’t dip in glitter? Until next time…
